This custom butterfly-art service is intended for a more personal composition, with the final direction shaped around the selected brief, presentation and budget. Each finished arrangement is handled individually so the natural specimens remain the focus.

Origin & craft
FLORAFLY uses butterflies from captive-breeding farms rather than wild-collected specimens. Most come from Kunming, China—the City of Flowers. Each specimen is carefully positioned and secured by hand so its natural form remains the focus.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed. Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed, and customized or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation. Tracking is emailed when available after the carrier accepts the package.

Returns: Eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized products, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items; no restocking fee is charged. Please report damaged or incorrect items immediately. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
