Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hengfeilee656@gmail.com before sending any item. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to: Room 404, 4th Floor, Building 3, Zhenxing Building, Meilin Subdistrict, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and restocking fees
For returns of non-defective products, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any required return label. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since approval, contact us at hengfeilee656@gmail.com.
