Worldwide free shipping
FLORAFLY offers free standard shipping worldwide to all destinations currently available at checkout. There is no minimum order requirement. Destination availability may vary based on the delivery address, carrier coverage, legal or customs restrictions, and the markets currently enabled on our store.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates
Our Free Standard Shipping rate is USD $0.00. Available delivery estimates, when provided, are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote-area delivery, customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption or other events outside our control may cause delays.

Order processing
Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Orders containing customized or made-to-order artwork may require additional preparation time; any applicable information will be shown on the product page or communicated to you after purchase.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes
Free shipping does not include import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping rate.

Address accuracy

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at hengfeelee656@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will work with the carrier and assist you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
